Where are lessons held? Johnsonville community Hub

My Child is sick and can not join a lesson: Yes, absolutely I get that ‘Tis the season of cold and flus’ If your child misses a lesson I can provide materials + hand-outs of the lesson missed for them to catch up in their own time or the next week. If your child is unwell and needs to be off  for 3 or more weeks I am happy to discuss options for ‘catch up’ lessons in the next term.

My child is going to be away ½ the term, can they still join: Yes, absolutely anytime creating is a good time. Please email me and we can work out a set plan for your child.

I would like to enroll my family ( 2/ 2+ more kids): Fabulous, creating as a family is a beautiful way to enhance creativity in the home. To support families I would like to offer you a 5% discount which you can select on ‘Check-out’.

Are there payment options available? Yes, I would love to make this work for you. Please contact me directly and we can work out a payment plan to best suit you.

What if my child does not like lessons, can they be refunded ? *I endeavor for lessons to be engaging for every child and their skill level, this is why I encourage parents to fill out the ‘Interest survey’ before each Term.. If your child is losing interest / not enjoying classes. Please contact me, I would love to be able to support their learning and creativity. 

*Term classes are non- refundable

Can we ‘TRY’ a lesson before signing up?: I am happy for you to sign up for 1 lesson trial which will be available for the first week of every term. This will be at a one-off cost of $28 per lesson.

What is included in the Term fees:Term fees are $22 per lesson / $198- for 9 weeks. Lesson materials, tailored lessons/ planning to suit a child's skill level, 1:1 teaching and venue hire/ facilities.

What are the class sizes? For classes to go ahead I need a minimum of 6 registrations, if by the beginning of the term the class sizes have not been met. You will receive a full refund ahead of time. Class sizes will be a minimum of 6 and a maxim of 10-12 children.
